VATA SKIN
Care for your skin:
warm, nourish, hydrate, tone

- Fine-pored
- Slightly dry
- Doesn’t blush easily
- Patches of very dry skin especially over the joints such as cracked heels and dry elbows
- Corns and calluses
- Dandruff
- Psoriasis/dry eczema
- Poor tone
- Leathery texture
- Wrinkles early especially around eyes
- Dark circles under the eyes
- Grey tones/dark under the eyes
- Prone to rashes from allergies
PITTA SKIN
Care for your skin:
cool, soothe, cleanse, relax
- Average thickness
- Peaches and cream or coppery tones
- Delicate/freckled
- Oilier in “T” zone
- Warm to touch
- Dislikes oily products
- Blushes easily
- Chemically sensitive
- Slightly sensitive skin – sun or soaps

WHAT TO DO IF MY SKIN IS A COMBINATION OF MORE THAN ONE DOSHA TYPE?
If your skin is a combination of more than one type, choose products related to your most prominent dosha type at the moment. For example, in the winter months it is more common to see Vata issues of dryness etc, and during the summer months, more common to see PITTA related issues such as skin sensitivity, rashes etc. You may also choose to combine more than on doshic-type of product, and thus reap all the benefits at once of the two concerned doshas.
